🧾 Return & Refund Policy — Resume Riot

At Resume Riot, we’re committed to helping you stand out with powerful, customized documents. Because our services are digital and tailored to each client, we do not offer refunds once work on your resume or cover letter has begun.

Refunds are only available if:

• You request one within 24 hours of purchase, and

• You have not submitted your intake form or begun the project process.

Revisions: Each purchase includes 1 complimentary revision within 5 days of delivery. Additional edits beyond that may incur a small fee.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after work has started

• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery (we work with you to refine the final product)

• Missed deadlines due to incomplete or delayed client intake information
