Welcome to Resume Riot. By accessing our site or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms — no fine print BS, just the real deal.

1. What We Do

Resume Riot provides digital, custom-tailored documents to help job seekers stand out — including AI-assisted, expert-edited resumes, cover letters, and combo packages. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products, no shipping.

2. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Standard delivery: Within 3 business days of completed intake form submission.

  • Express upgrade: Within 48 hours.

  • All files are delivered via email or downloadable link (PDF and/or Word format).
    Delays caused by incomplete or late intake information are on the client — not us.

3. Revisions

Each purchase includes 1 free revision, valid for up to 5 days after delivery. Additional revisions can be requested for a fee.

4. Refund Policy

We’re proud of what we build — but here’s the line:

  • Full refunds available only within 24 hours of purchase and before intake form submission.

  • No refunds once writing begins or delivery is made.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information.

  • Not use false credentials, fake job histories, or shady details.

  • Review your final documents and let us know if anything needs correcting.

You’re responsible for how you use your resume. We’re not liable for any hiring outcomes or rejections (although we’re aiming for wins).

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, website content, and marketing materials belong to Resume Riot. The final resume or cover letter delivered to you is yours to use freely.

We may display anonymized, redacted samples as proof of work unless you request otherwise. Just let us know — we’re chill.

7. Results Disclaimer

We create high-quality, job-ready documents — but we can’t guarantee interviews or job offers. You’re buying a tool, not a guaranteed outcome.

8. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the latest version.
